Steps to becoming a new patient at Cape Cod Dermatology, LLC
Get medical referral from PCP
Please visit or call your primary care provider and request a medical referral describing your problem or condition requiring dermatology. We ask that your physician determine whether your need is urgent, emergent or for routine care.
In order to provide quality, effective care, we utilize an appointment schedule. Due to the number of requests from new patients, we ask that you help us triage your request by visiting or calling your primary care provider FIRST.

Wait to hear from our New Patient Coordinator. Urgent or emergent problems will be scheduled ahead of requests for routine care.
For routine requests we ask that you wait at least two weeks to hear from us.
After this feel free to contact us Monday through Thursday from 9 -12 and 1:30 – 4:00 to check on the status of your request to become a new patient.
